The bedrooms are spread over 3 floors, ideal for several generations or multiple families. 5 of the 7 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is Internet, Wi-Fi and satellite TV throughout, as well as a large 'games room' with a billiard table, fitness equipment and a home theater with many DVDs.
The garden covers an area of 5000 m2 with barbecue area and large sheltered terrace for dining outside, overlooking the inviting 9-meter pool. The pool with stair access in the shallow area is surrounded by a pool terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is also a gazebo for those looking for absolute sunscreen. The tennis court is located to the side of the pool in the garden. For children there are large lawns, the entire garden has numerous trees and lush vegetation with many flowers.
In front of the house there is another beautiful sheltered terrace with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or afternoon coffee. The large gas grill is located on the poolside terrace with table and chairs for up to 12 people. The access to the property is through a large portal, here is secure parking for up to 4 cars.
On the ground floor there is the practical, traditional Provencal kitchen with separate breakfast room.
The large cozy living room with sofas, fireplace leads via a spiral staircase to the office on the upper floor.
The dining room has a large table for 12/14 people with garden doors to the garden and terrace.
The bedroom 1 has an extra large double bed, with ensuite bathroom with toilet, bath with shower, shower, ensuite with separate toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a large, queen size bed. Bathroom 2 has a shower room with shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 has two single beds. Bedroom 5 has a queen size bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom 3 has a shower room with shower and toilet.
On the 1st floor is the office overlooking the living room located on the mezzanine floor with high ceiling, accessible via a spiral staircase. Desk, computer, fax and wifi.
Also the bedroom 6 is located with its two single beds on the 1st floor. Similarly, the bedroom 7, which has a double bed and a single bed. The bathrooms 4 and 5 on the first floor have both a shower and toilet, bathroom 4 also has a bath.
The main feature of the villa is a large (70m²) home cinema and a games room with billiard and table football. A selection of over 200 DVDs is available, as well as German, French and Dutch satellite TV (also in the breakfast room and in the master bedroom).
There is a fully equipped gym with a rowing machine, elliptical trainer, weights machine and various other equipment, including mats, weights and a Pilates ball.
