A spacious property with cosy interior and spectacular sea views. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with electric portal and access for up to 3 cars and offers a wonderfully spacious and tastefully decorated interior.
The enormous 100 m2 living room flows smoothly into the sun-protected terrace with comfortable furniture and dining table, here can easily accommodate up to 12 people at the 3.5m long table space. The interior includes the large fully equipped kitchen with television, American fridge, wine fridge and traditional oven. Four of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, three with en suite bathrooms and all with direct access to the garden.
On the lower floor there is a large 80 m2 fitness room with fully equipped kitchenette (convenient for the poolside). There are fitness equipment, weights, a bicycle and large French windows with access to the terrace with furniture and garden with pool. The large free-form pool is equipped with a pool alarm and enjoys a south facing position, where the sun can be enjoyed maximally with the view of the sea.
