The apartment is part of the listed “Mainauer Haus zur Krone”, which was first mentioned in a document in 1150. With the natural wall in the bedroom, the creaking parquet floor and the cozy winter garden that allows a view of the green garden, the apartment invites you to feel good. The details of the apartment show its authentic charm and tell the long history of the house.
The special charm of the former artist's studio is the view from the winter garden into a wildly romantic area with tall trees, such as yew and fig.

The central location of the holiday apartment allows you to easily explore the city on foot. In just a few steps you can reach the Seerhein and the beautiful lakeside promenade in the musicians' quarter. The apartment offers a very good starting point for excursions or to discover the city. Numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities are right around the corner.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Bahnhof (Rheingasse 11). Für die Anreise mit dem Auto steht ein Parkplatz für sie zu verfügung. Da die Parksituation in der Konstanzer Altstadt sich sehr schwer gestaltet, fällt der Parkplatz mit 12,50 €/Tag als extra Kosten an.
