The sleeping room has a big box spring bed (1,80 x 2,00 m). If you are travelling together, but want to sleep seperate it is possible to move the bed to two single beds. Nevertheless there won´t be a guests carve due to the topper.
The open living and dining room with the kitchen is comfortably furnished. The kitchenette invites you to cook and the sofa corner with flat screen TV to linger.
The flat is new built and impresses with it´s modern country house style. Through the large windows, the apartment is wonderfully bright.
For couples with small children, a cot can be provided.
The next step is the paving of the farm. This is starting soon and brings as additional paved parking spaces. Nevertheless there are parking possibilities already.
The second thing starting soon is the construction of the terrace, where you can sit comfortable, barbecue and watch the chicken.

Emsen is a little village in the surrounding of Hamburg, which is encircled by lots of trails and bycicle paths. It takes you minutes to get into the nature and only 30 minutes by car to get to Hamburg.
We can be reached from the A7 (exit Tötensen) as well as from the A1 (exit Dibbersen) within 5 minutes.
