It consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, and one bathroom. On the first floor which is connected to the internal stairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the sleeping rooms has its own bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV.

Villa Marina is located in a small village Vošteni, near the historic town of Sv. Lovrec. Vacation house Marina offers unforgettable holidays thanks to its position. Surrounded by a green, fenced garden overlooking the forest landscape. Only 3 km from the villa there is a small town of Sv. Lovreca where you can find a pizzeria, a restaurant, a cafe, a shop and a post office.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
