The large maisionette apartment is approx. 75m² and suitable for max. 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor with a separate entrance. The large cosy living room with satellite TV and dining area is decorated in a Nordic style. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, fridge and dishwasher.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the other bedroom has two separate beds.
There is a shower/toilet on each floor. In addition, you have your own lockable shed available for your bikes, for example. A free parking space belonging to the apartment is in front of the house.

The apartment is in a quiet location right on the edge of the Darsswald nature reserve. This is known for its extensive bike and hiking trails as well as its unique naturalness. A real insider tip is the wildly romantic Weststrand, which is easily accessible by bike. There you can see the power of natural forces between sea and land in a wonderful setting.
The vast Nordstrand, which is also very child-friendly, can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

From the A 19 - Rostock-Ost junction, B 105 towards Stralsund (25 km), in Altheide or Ribnitz-Damgarten towards Fischland/Darß drive approx. 39 km to Prerow.
