The newly built holiday apartment on the first floor is light, open and modern. An over 30 m long balcony offers a great view from east to west to the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains. A covered outdoor seating area with table is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun. The holiday apartment has high-quality furnishings with everything you need, all furniture and floors are made of solid wood. In the apartment thee is a dishwasher, and the guests have a washer and dryer at their disposal in the utility room. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large living/kitchen area, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can also use the large garden in front of the house with a fire pit and grill.

Nearby there are many sports options: climbing in the Karwendel or Wetterstein, surfing and diving in the Walchensee, paragliding on the Wank, canyoning, rafting, archery, etc.
The Mayrhof is secluded in the midst of meadows and forests. There is nearly no street noise, but plenty of nature and peace! The farm is a perfect starting point for mountain bike tours and hiking and mountain tours. A few lovely bathing lakes are accessible by bike in the area. In the winter there are fantastic Nordic trails around Krün. The Kranzberg ski area is only 10 minutes away, and other ski areas at Seefeld and Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Motorway A 95 Munich - Garmisch P., federal road B2 from Garmisch-P. to Mittenwald. Turn right at Klais and continue to Schmalensee, here turn left and follow the so-called Hochstrasse north to our house.
