This beautifully renovated apartment has been available for rent since May 2018 and is located on the northernmost side of the "Sterflat". As a result, it has a side window with a stunning view of the dune landscape towards Bergen aan Zee, as well as a balcony on the west side, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the beach, and the boulevard. This makes the apartment pleasantly bright. The holiday apartment is modern and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxed stay.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, which are connected by a modern bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. In the large living room, you will find a comfortable setup and a dining table. The high-quality open kitchen offers all the necessary comforts. A dishwasher and a washer-dryer are available.
The holiday apartment is rented to a maximum of 4 people.
Pets are not allowed.

The listed prices are based on a stay for 2 people, with an additional charge per person for extra guests.
The prices for the stay duration "week" are only valid when arriving on Monday or Friday. For other arrival days, please select "7 nights".
In the summer season, only "weeks" can be booked with arrival on Friday or Saturday.

In every season, you can spend a lovely weekend or an entire week relaxing in Egmond aan Zee. Here, there are extensive forests, dune and heath areas, and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands.
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam.
You will take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam. After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, 3/4 roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Continue following the signs towards Egmond aan Zee. Then drive to the Boulevard by the sea.

if canceled from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the arrival date: 90% of the gross rental price;
if canceled on the arrival date or later: the full gross rental price;
if canceled during the stay: the full gross rental price incl. all surcharges
