Description

The holiday home Mondrian is located on the edge of a cozy village and offers a magnificent view of the beaches Twistvliet and Overduin and the nature reserve Oranjezon. All three are freely accessible. Built under architecture in 2018, the house is equipped with every comfort and luxury. Through the private free parking, you reach the terrace and the front door via a path. The 40 mÂ² terrace is surrounded by lots of greenery and is completely private and enjoys the sun in the morning and late afternoon. Here is a lounge set and a table with chairs.

The Oranjezon Nature Reserve
Oranjezon is a nature reserve and is approximately 400 hectares in size, located on the Zeeland Peninsula Walcheren, near Oostkapelle. Until 1995, it served as a water collection area and supplied Middelburg and later also Walcheren with drinking water.

Da die Fewo rundherum nicht einsehbar am Dorfrand liegt, bietet sie abolute Ruhe.
Der Blick vom Wohnraum geht über Feld und Allee ins Weite. Die Ausstattung ist modern, umfassend und lässt es an nichts fehlen.
Die Gastgeber sorgen für eine sehr freundliche und persönliche Atmosphäre.
Im kleinen Ort gibt es alles, was man für seinen Urlaub braucht.

((Die Lichtautomatik im Bad ist überflüssig. Sie springt zu oft an und leuchtet (auch ins nebenan liegende Schlafzimmer) länger als nötig.))
