Cancellation term
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival 10% of the rental price
44-33 days prior to arrival, 30% of the rental price
32-22 days prior to arrival, 60% of the rental price
21-12 days prior to arrival, 80% of the rental price
11 days prior to arrival - arrival date 90% of the rental price
The renter is hereby expressly permitted to provide evidence that no damage occurred or was significantly lower than the price set.
The renter has the right to present a substitute renter, who will take over the entire booking.
