Cancellation conditions:
The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract at any time. In the event of such a cancellation, the landlord will charge cancellation costs as follows:
From booking up to 8 weeks before arrival: Cancellation costs 30%
From 8 weeks to 4 weeks before arrival: Cancellation costs 50%
From 4 weeks before arrival: Cancellation costs 90%
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
