The rental contract becomes effective with the booking confirmation from the landlord. The deposit of 20% of the rental amount is to be paid within 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. Once the deposit has been paid, the remaining amount must be paid no later than 10 days before the day of arrival.
In addition, the guest is obliged to pay as follows in the event of withdrawal from the contract:
From the 120th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental: amount of the deposit
From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental: 50% of the total price
From the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental: 80% of the total price
In the event of cancellation less than 8 days before the start of the rental period, the full travel price must be paid.
