Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 ZGBe
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:
The reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 28 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellations by the guest within the period from 28 days before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge for the entire booked period.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Holiday destination
The holiday destination Lana is located in the Burggrafenamt area between Bolzano and Merano and offers vacationers numerous leisure activities in the valley as well as in the mountains.
From the property, there are numerous hiking opportunities, bike paths, and cultural sights. Throughout the year, you can experience a lot and discover the Merano region.
In winter, the ski resorts located in the mountains offer many sporting activities.

Host informationIn 2015, we, the entire Gruber family, decided to build new holiday apartments and offer vacations on our farm.
Markus (carpenter) and Stefan (joiner) contributed to the construction, Heinrich (farmer) and Hannes take care of the agriculture, and with the farmer's wife Barbara, we want to make our guests' stay on our farm as pleasant as possible.

wir waren 10 Tage in dem wunderbaren Lana
kombiniert mit dieser FEWO ein Traum
wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung
jederzeit wieder buchen (was für nächstes Jahr geplant ist)

Eine super schöne FEWO. Die gesamte Wohnung ist einfach toll. Alles in Echtholz und sehr sauber.
Frau Gruber ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einfach 5 Sterne für diese tolle Unterkunft.
