It is located in the historic Niederlana, in a quiet, sunny position in front of our apple orchards.
It is 80 sqm in size and offers space for up to 6 guests with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a spacious eat-in kitchen.
The cozy holiday apartment is furnished with great attention to detail.
It has underfloor heating, solid wood furniture, wooden floors, wooden elements, and LED lighting.
You will also be delighted by our bright bathrooms (with windows) with shower, bathtub, toilet, and bidet.

The holiday destination Lana is located in the Burggrafenamt area between Bolzano and Merano and offers vacationers numerous leisure activities in the valley as well as in the mountains.
From the property, there are numerous hiking opportunities, bike paths, and cultural sights. Throughout the year, you can experience a lot and discover the Merano region.
In winter, the ski resorts located in the mountains offer many sporting activities.
Getting to Lana
You can easily reach us by car via the Brenner motorway A22 (exit Bozen-Süd) and continue on the Meran-Bozen expressway (ME-BO) until the “Lana/Burgstallâ€

Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 ZGBe
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB:
The reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 28 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellations by the guest within the period from 28 days before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation up to 8 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge for the entire booked period.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.
