The Villa Tusculum, a house in the Ticino style, is located on the hillside, at the edge of the forest above the centre of Germignaga.
The Villa Tusculum is located in a 6000 m² landscaped, park-like garden.
Depending on the season, there are blooming azaleas, hydrangeas, camellias and oleanders bloom, and all year round the characteristic palm trees, cypresses and pines complete the southern look.
The villa has about 2000 m² of garden space, where each guest can find a quiet, calm spot for themselves and can always enjoy the wonderful view over the entire central Lake Maggiore.

Villa Tusculum was renovated and redecorated at the end of 2018; it's very quiet, sunny and easily reachable by public roads. Despite the quiet location, the town centre (cafe, ice cream parlour, supermarket, etc.) is within walking distance.
Within the living space of 98 m², guests have access to a large terrace (lake and mountain view), a south-facing terrace for sunbathing and relaxing and a small balcony from the second bedroom.
Buoys for sport and sail boats and dinghies are present.
