The house is designed for 4 people and is arranged as follows: A large living area with a cozy seating area with flat-screen TV (digital reception) and radio/CD player. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. There is a spacious dining area for 6 people. Furthermore, on the ground floor, there is a guest toilet in the entrance area and a storage room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are two large, beautiful bedrooms, both with 2 good box spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The luxurious bathroom has a shower cabin, bathtub, sink, and a second toilet. Beautiful, sunny terrace by the water with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. Private parking at the house. Your pet is allowed and Wi-Fi is available.

A cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker owes Callinghe compensation.
This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in the case of later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
