Belkmerduinen 12 is a delightful bungalow with a living space of approximately 70 m2. The bungalow is comfortably and beautifully furnished. The spacious, bright, and modern living room is equipped with a seating area and a flat-screen TV. There is a dining area for 5 people. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The well-maintained bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed. The other 2 bedrooms can be reached via the open staircase. The front bedroom (not enclosed) has a double bed. Through this sleeping area, you enter the other bedroom, also with a double bed. From the living room, you step out onto the sunny terrace and the beautiful fenced garden with a barbecue, where you can relax in the sun. The bungalow also has Wi-Fi. And pets are not allowed.

Bungalow Park Belkmerduinen is a quiet, small bungalow park located in the beautiful dune and flower area of Sint Maartenszee. The beach is just a 5-minute bike ride away. The park consists of about 50 bungalows. The bungalows are connected in groups of three to four houses and are separated by a small outdoor storage room. The park features a playground with play equipment, a table tennis table, and a volleyball court. The distance to the beach is approximately 1500 meters and to the dunes 600 meters. Opposite the park, there is a supermarket where you can buy delicious freshly baked bread.

A cancellation of travel can occur at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. Upon cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- for a later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
