You enter the spacious, sunny garden room/conservatory, where you can surely enjoy the sun from the beginning of the year. The living room is equipped with a dining area, a comfortable seating area, a side table with a digital flat-screen TV (Dutch and German channels via satellite) and DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven/grill, microwave, and Senseo coffee machine. There are three bedrooms; two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. The bungalow has a beautiful laminate floor and central heating. The bathroom, renovated in 2015, is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The house is surrounded by a generous, lockable garden (approximately 400 m2), offering you a lot of privacy. You can enjoy the sun on the covered terrace from early spring. The bungalow also has a children's bed, Wi-Fi, and your dog is allowed.

In Julianadorp, just about 1000 m away from the beautiful beach and the extensive dunes, you'll find the bungalow park Keizerskroon. At the back of the house, there are two ponds for fishing, and where your children can also go boating. At the entrance of the park, there is a small restaurant with a bar and a snack bar - a perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal when you're not in the mood to cook!

A cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. Upon cancellation, the vacation seeker owes Callinghe compensation.
This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in the case of a later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally, minus the administrative costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacation seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
