Callantsduyne 22 is a studio apartment (approximately 45 m²) designed for 2 guests, located on the 1st floor of the building, with a fantastic view of the dunes. The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy seating area with a television (digital) and a dining area for 4 people. The sliding doors lead to the sunny south-facing balcony, where you can wonderfully enjoy the sun. The open kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. In the living room, there is a sleeping alcove with 2 single beds (which can also be pushed together). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and washbasin. The building has an elevator. The apartment comes with a barrier-secured parking space where you have your own parking spot. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed.

In a fantastic location, just about 2 - 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach, right next to the beach entrance, you'll find the charming and comfortably furnished holiday apartments 'Callantsduyne'. Right outside your door, directly by the dunes, a beautiful dune path leads you to the white, miles-long sandy beach. The location is unique - the ideal starting point for various cycling and hiking trails.

A cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the holiday seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in case of later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The decisive factor is always the receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday seeker and with written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
