Strandleven 103 is beautifully located on the first floor with an unobstructed view! This luxurious holiday apartment is modern and tastefully decorated, suitable for 4 people. The spacious, sunny living room has a cozy sitting area with flat-screen TV and radio/CD player. From here, you have access to the spacious, covered balcony with a magnificent view of the beautiful dunes. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher, and there is a large dining table for 6 people. The master bedroom has a double box spring bed, and the second bedroom has two single box spring beds. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, double sink, and toilet. Cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. In the event of cancellation, the holiday seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- for later cancellation or in case of no-show, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice by Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
