Strandleven 106 is a spacious apartment that is beautifully modern and comfortably furnished. It is luxurious, located on the first floor, and suitable for six people. There is a large, sunny living room with a nice seating area featuring a flat-screen TV (170cm) and digital television reception (with many German channels and Fox Sport). There is also a radio/CD player and DVD player. The open, luxurious kitchen is very well and completely equipped with, among other things, a Senseo machine, an oven/microwave combo, and a dishwasher. Here you will also find the large dining table for 6 people. The sliding door in the kitchen provides access to the sunny balcony with a wonderful view of the dune landscape. The apartment has 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and television and the other with 2 bunk beds. The modern bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower cabin, and 2 sinks. A separate toilet is also available. In the storage room, you will find the washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi is available, and you have your own parking space. Pets are not allowed.

A cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. In the event of cancellation, the vacation seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- for a later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacation seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
