The holiday apartment Wijde Blick 103 is modernly furnished and accommodates up to four people. The apartment is located on the back side of the building and features a spacious terrace with garden furniture. The terrace is completely fenced. Sliding doors from the living room to the terrace provide plenty of light inside the apartment. The living room is equipped with a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and a spacious dining area. The open kitchen is well-equipped, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. One of these bedrooms is interior and has no window. The spacious bathroom includes a sink, shower, and washing machine. There is a separate toilet in the apartment. The apartment has Wi-Fi, and your pet is welcome at Wijde Blick 103.

The unique location of the De Wijde Blick apartment complex, directly opposite the beach entrance and in the cozy center of Callantsoog, ensures a wonderful holiday on the coast. The complex is just 100 meters from the beach and the sea. Enjoy a breathtaking view from your terrace or balcony and relax in the cozy center with its terraces, restaurants, and shops. You can park your car and bicycles in the underground garage. The De Wijde Blick complex is equipped with an elevator.

Cancellations are possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. Upon cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- for a later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administration costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
