Callantsogervaart 8 is situated in a beautiful location and is equipped to accommodate five people. The bright and lovely interior of the house ensures that you will quickly feel at home. Furthermore, the house features a beautiful garden, and the property's parking space can accommodate two cars. The living room has a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV with digital reception (including German channels), DVD player, CD player with radio, MP3, SD, and USB input, and an open fireplace. The dining area, consisting of a granite-wood table and leather-wood chairs, is suitable for five people. The open kitchen is well-equipped and includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a combination microwave, and a dishwasher. The many windows in the house provide plenty of light. The house also features an electric awning and partial underfloor heating. An open staircase in the living room leads you to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. A spacious bedroom is equipped with an electrically adjustable double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed. There is a separate toilet on the first floor. The ground floor bathroom has a luxurious rain shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are located in the storage room. The house has Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed at Callantsogervaart 8.

The park is only 600 meters away from the beach and is surrounded by flower bulb fields. The view over the flower bulb fields contributes to a fantastic experience, especially in the spring. But even in other seasons, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the dunes and fields. The center of Julianadorp is three kilometers away. Here you will find a shopping center and several restaurants.

Cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the holiday seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in the event of later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written withdrawal statement at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
