The apartment "Moments" is designed for up to 4 people. Another sleeping possibility is on the sofa bed in the kitchen. It has three rooms, hall and toilet. In the 2 bedrooms each has a large double bed with shelves, a small seating area, large built-in wardrobe with built-in shower and vanity and a TV. Direct access to the covered SW balcony with 2 chairs and table. The kitchen is fully equipped, in addition to the dining area with bench and chairs, there is a cozy couch, which also offers an additional sleeping possibility.
Ideal accommodation for holidays with friends or older children / teenagers. Both bedrooms have their own wet area and their own balcony with panoramic views to the lower Achental and the surrounding mountains.

The Casa Shania is located in the outskirts with an unobstructed view of the mountains, near the center of Unterwössen. Ideal starting point for hikes and other excursions. Lake Chiemsee, Reit im Winkl and Tyrol in Austria can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Countless opportunities for a varied holiday await you, whatever the season. Motorway A8, exit Bernau direction Reit im Winkl. In Unterwössen at the church turn right into the Alte Dorfstraße. Turn left after the play and garden center. Continue on the Alte Dorfstrasse and then continue straight on the Burgweg in the direction of Balsberg. At the turnoff to the gliding airfield keep left and continue on the Burgweg After approx. 200 m you will reach on the right side the entrance to your holiday home Casa Shania, Burgweg 18.

"Grias Di" ! Wir die Familie Heim, sind waschechte Bayern und vermieten hier zwei Ferienwohnungen an Urlaubsgäste und Besucher unserer Region. Unsere beiden Kinder sind mittlerweile Erwachsen und wohnen noch bei uns im Wohnhaus dem Casa Shania in Unterwössen. Ich, Thomas Heim, bin hauptsächlich für alles zuständig was die FeWo-Vermietung betrifft, meine Frau Petra unterstützt mich dabei und ist nebenbei noch als Brauerei- Führerin im Hofbräuhaus Traunstein aktiv. Hier im südlichen Chiemgau so ganz nahe dem Chiemsee und den Chiemgauer Alpen zu leben ist wirklich ein Geschenk und wir sind sehr dankbar dafür. Ich bin mir sicher Dir/ Ihnen wird es hier auch gefallen und Du/Sie verbringen einen unvergessenen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub hier im Achental.
