Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive). If this does not occur, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees that will apply is determined by when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply: - for a cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, no fee - for a cancellation from the 27th to the 15th day before arrival, 50% cancellation fees - for a cancellation made later or if the contractually agreed services are not used, the entire rental amount = 100%. Notwithstanding these flat-rate cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we are able to re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental.
