The interior of the sophisticated finca, adorned with decorative artworks, is divided on the ground floor into a combined living/dining area with TV, DVD player, music system, internet connection, garden access, and a fireplace, a spacious kitchen with TV and a small breakfast area, an adjoining utility room with washing machine, a double bedroom with TV and en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with its own shower room, and another twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The comfort is complemented by additional amenities, such as air conditioning in the sleeping area.
On the upper floor, there is another double bedroom with an associated bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to a large panoramic terrace with seating, offering a charming view of the rural idyll and the rolling landscape.
Exotic banana plants, tropical vegetation, and a pretty fountain decorate the well-maintained garden. The centerpiece of the attractively designed outdoor area is the inviting swimming pool, which is surrounded by green spaces. Palms provide welcome shade. Relaxation comes quickly with a cool refreshment on the covered terrace. The pool terrace is ideal for sunbathing, where the holiday can be enjoyed on comfortable loungers. A bath in the whirlpool is wonderfully relaxing and completes the image of this beautiful Mallorca finca. For cozy barbecue evenings in a Mediterranean climate, there is an adjacent barbecue area with a sink. The table tennis table invites you to engage in some sports (please do not forget to bring rackets and balls).

Within a few minutes' drive, you can reach all the interesting excursion destinations of this region. The miles-long beach of Puerto Pollensa and the sandy coves of Cala San Vicente are popular attractions. Pollensa, in addition to its colorful weekly market, also offers various shopping opportunities and recommendable restaurants. The beach is only about a 30-minute walk away, and the center of Puerto Pollensa with shops and restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The relevant time is when the notice of withdrawal is received by ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH. It is recommended to declare the withdrawal through a registered letter. In the event of a withdrawal, ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH is entitled to reasonable compensation in accordance with § 651 i BGB.
In the case of withdrawal, ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH can demand standardized cancellation fees as follows:
up to 90 days before the start of the trip 25% of the travel price,
89 – 63 days before the start of the trip 35% of the travel price,
62 – 35 days before the start of the trip 50% of the travel price,
34 – 2 days before the start of the trip 90% of the travel price,
In the case of a later withdrawal, the entire travel price must be charged.
The traveler is at liberty to prove to ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH that no damage or significantly less damage has been incurred than the flat rate demanded by ESPRIT VILLAS Touristik GmbH.
For a property whose price depends on the number of occupants, a withdrawal resulting in the above cancellation rates being applied can only be made collectively by all participants. If only one or several participants withdraw, a cancellation fee in the full amount of the travel price per person must be charged for these participants.
