MOIN, dear guests in Schleswig-Holstein in Scharbeutz! Welcome to our holiday home "Meernah". It is really very close (200 m) to the Baltic Sea with its beautiful fine sandy beach. If you love a nature-oriented way of life, like to nap in a hammock in the garden, appreciate the peace and quiet during breakfast on the sun terrace or want to enjoy the sunset by the cosy outdoor fireplace in the evening, you have come to the right place!
You live in a very quiet area in the middle of a holiday housing development; but at the same time you live very centrally and can reach the next shopping centre and the town centre of Scharbeutz within a few minutes by foot. House "Meernah" is conveniently, uniquely and comfortably furnished. We can accommodate up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Currently in renovation, the terrace is being rebuilt. Detached house on large property, 3 bedrooms, fireplace inside; outside fireplace on the terrace; new renting starting from May 2019

Should the tenant cancel the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding cleaning and any laundry package) shall be payable as compensation if no other rental is possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 25% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 35 days prior to arrival) 100% of the rental price.
3.-5. People are calculated as follows: Children 6-14 years €5, adults from 15 years and over €10 per day
