Description

Beach house Sa Marina - an oasis directly at the sea on the east coast of Sardinia.

Idyllically situated under pine trees with direct access to the sea, the house stands on a fenced property surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and natural beaches.

There are several seating groups arranged around the large fireplace in the centre of the circular living room with a view of the nearby sea. The open kitchen is connected. In the sleeping area there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An air-conditioning system in the hallway ensures pleasant temperatures even on cooler days.

In summer, the rustic outdoor kitchen invites you to grill and cook. You can then eat and celebrate at the large wooden table under the pergola.

Two places in the garden with wooden planks invite you to sunbathe and relax - one directly by the sea, the other protected from the wind and invisible + outside shower.

During the high season, Budoni organises street parties every evening with live events and many stalls offering handicrafts, Sardinian specialities, etc. The children are also kept entertained with a playground.

Holiday destination

Nature at its purest! small paths lead to other secluded bays in the area.

The capital Budoni, only 5 km away, has many tourist facilities, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes,
Beach pubs on the well-kept dream beach, port promenade, doctors, pharmacies. During the high season there are live concerts. The old town of Posada, situated 6 km to the south, is also worth a visit.
A folder with tips for further excursions etc. is available in the house.

Getting there

From Olbia along the sea on the SS 125 about 40 minutes, on the four-lane highway 131 about 20 minutes to exit "Budoni-mare/Limpiddu".

Superschönes und ungemütlich Haus am ruhigen Strand. Wunderschöner Blick. Wir verbrachten hier 8 entspannte Tage. Frau Wendt ist eine angenehme und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit.

Unser Urlaub mit vier Personen und Hund war sehr schön. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer in einem Pinienwald und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Hunde ist das große umzäunte Grundstück zum rumtoben ideal. Die Außenküche war für das Grillen sehr praktisch und die nette Gastgeberin Frau Beate Wendt hat uns vor Ort sehr gut unterstützt und beraten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)
