Spacious, sunny, and fully equipped holiday apartment on the 2nd (top) floor. Large living area (about 36 m²) with an open kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining table. The apartment is fully tiled. 2 bedrooms (about 16 and 13 m²), shower room (approx. 4.5 m²) with toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine. Large balcony around the corner to the south and west side (about 17 m²) and conservatory to the east side. TV satellite connection with German channels. On the property secured by a gate, parking space and a shared garden area with a lawn and benches. View from the balcony and conservatory for miles into the wine regions and onto the hills and mountains.
Visit various wineries, popular local weekly market on Saturdays. In Affi, a large shopping center with great deals.

Ideal for hiking and cycling (mountain biking) as well as motorcycle tours. Paragliding nearby ("Deltaland"). The Gardaland amusement park, very popular with children, near Lazise is only about 30 minutes away. Golf course in Marciaga (about 10 km).
Within about 10 minutes, you'll find the popular holiday destinations of Garda and Bardolino by Lake Garda, and it's a 30-minute drive to Verona/Arena. The surrounding area is filled with numerous hiking trails and mountains, extending to Monte Baldo. Vineyards and olive groves abound.
From the highway, take the Affi exit, then it's about 7 km to the apartment.

We love Italy, "our" little place away from mass tourism with its good restaurants, bars, and cafes, the olive groves and wine regions, and the fine Lugana and Bardolino Chiaretto, the excursion and hiking opportunities - and for over 10 years, our wonderful apartment.
