Two-room ground floor apartment right in the heart of nature, surrounded by terraces, in the olive grove.
Spacious and bright. Many doors to the outside. A living room/bedroom for up to four people and one bedroom with a large double bed. Quiet and standalone location, not far from the village, not far from the sea and lake. Fantastic region with many natural features and wild beaches, medieval towns, fishing villages.
We are an original escapist farm; we practice organic agriculture and produce the finest olive oil.
Our two horses roam freely...
In addition to our cute dogs, cats and chickens, you will encounter many other animals: perhaps turtles, green lizards, porcupines?

Nature without limits, hanging swings, bathing springs, free-range horses, various wildlife eg. porcupines; walking distance to medieval villages. By bicycle or car: wild natural beaches (sand or rocks), clear volcanic lake, hot sulphur springs.
Our village lies between the towns of Grosseto and Follonica: Caldana.
Drive just ONE kilometre towards Caldana after the turn-off from the road.
Now take the left-hand bend onto a wide dirt road on the right. There is also a marble sign of the neighbouring farm, with "La Zingherina" written on it. Drive along the dirt road for ONE more kilometre past the "Zingherine" and now turn right onto our driveway. The sign says "La Rubareccia".
The iron gate is easy to open; please close it behind you, as our horses run freely!
