This holiday flat is 125 m² big, has 2 fully equiped bed rooms with a double bed each, one big bathroom with double washbasin, big shower and bath tub, a halfbath, a very spacious kitchen (herd, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dish washer), as well as a spacious dining and living room.
The common area has parquet and stone flooring, bed rooms are allergy friendly carpeted. Central heating, as well as big windows and electric rolling shutter give you high comfort.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is stone heated floored and its roominess offers enough space for
cooking together. Equipped with 4 hot plates, a stove, microwave as well as a fridge with freezer this kitchen is a perfect place to prepare big menus. For your perfect breakfast a coffee machine and kettle is provided. Tools, pots as well as dinnerware is there.
Dining room:
The comfortable dining room offers enough space around its modern oak wooden table with cushy armchairs for 6 people.
Living room:
The big living room with the spacious couch and tile stove (wood can be provided) is perfect to finnish a day with a glas of wine.
Bed rooms:
Both bedrooms have double bed each (1,80 and 1,60 m wide). A wardrobe and dressers give you enough space to clear up the space. The bed rooms are floored with allergy friendly carpet. If you wish, we provide a crib.
Of course we provice bed linen.
Bath room & toilette:
The spacious bath is equipped with heated flooring, double washbasin, big shower and bath tub, toilette and bidet. Of course we provide towels, shower gel and shampoo. Additionally the appartment has a spare toilette with washing machine.
Roof terrace
For our guest we give access to a private roof terrace where you can start or finnish your relaxed holidays. Garden furneture, sunbeds and sunshade are available. Smoking and barbecuing is allowed.
