Detached holiday home in typical Tuscan style. One apartment is located on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor, which is accessed via an external stone staircase. The holiday home is always rented out as a whole. On each floor, you occupy two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, with the option of an additional baby cot or an extra bed for a child upon request. The bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets. There is a shower room, plus a living-dining room with an open fireplace and satellite TV.
A few steps lead to the separate kitchen with an oven. In the outdoor area directly in front of the holiday home, there is a large terrace. A little further on, you reach a pavilion with a grill. Stairs lead to the pool. There is another terrace there, equipped with loungers and umbrellas. The pool is for exclusive use and measures 12m x 5m. All outdoor areas offer a fantastic view over the landscape. The entire property is generously fenced in, with a barbecue area. The vehicle can be parked directly at the house.
The nearest town features the world-famous 12th-century San Galgano Abbey ruins. They have often been used as a backdrop for historical films and are considered one of Italy's most significant Gothic structures. At night, the remnants of the walls are mystically illuminated.
