Sandepark 165 is a very beautiful holiday home for 4 people with a lovely garden that surrounds the house. The living room is cozy and bright, featuring garden doors that open onto the sun terrace with a windbreak and the beautiful, large garden. In the living room, there's a seating area with a flat-screen TV (digital reception with German channels) and a radio/CD player, as well as a dining area for 4 people. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. In the shed, you'll find an additional refrigerator and the grill. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed. Through this bedroom, you can access the bathroom with a shower, sink, and hairdryer. The house has a separate toilet. A steep staircase leads to the first floor where the main bedroom is located in the mezzanine (open space) and is furnished with a double bed. Please pay attention to the details: the "curtains"! On the terrace with windbreak, you'll find lovely garden furniture where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or a homemade dinner. Wi-Fi is available, as well as a storage room for your bicycles. Your dog is welcome here.

Holiday park "Sandepark" is located in the peaceful coastal village of Groote Keeten, just about 3 kilometers from Callantsoog with its cozy village square featuring restaurants and terraces, and a large supermarket (open 365 days a year). The park is spaciously laid out and is only approximately 700 meters from the kilometers-long sandy beach and the dunes. In the park, you will find a large play pond, a beautiful children's playground with a ping-pong table, as well as a large soccer field. Ideal for children, but also for adults who love peace, space, and fun!

A cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (as of May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in the event of a later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice by Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or a part of this period.
