A bright, very modern studio in a dreamlike location and almost without any steps. Surrounded by an abundance of greenery and hibiscus plants. Located next to a fragrant pine in the garden complex of San Juan de Capistrano in Nerja. This resort includes picturesque paths and winding alleys as well as a fantastic large pool area - and almost everywhere a spectacular sea view.
You can look forward to walks in a beautiful setting with tropical and Mediterranean gardens, palm-lined avenues, and low, sometimes neo-Moorish styled buildings. And everywhere you go, you'll be greeted with views of the sea panorama - which then naturally extends over the gentle, sunny hilltops of the rocky, pine-covered natural park.
The studio is much larger than it appears in the photos. Air conditioning, German FlatTV and (already paid for by us) Netflix, as well as a roughly 15 m² south-facing terrace, offer you a very comprehensive range of amenities - completed by a stylish bathroom and the perfectly equipped fitted kitchen. Wi-Fi - unlimited directly in your holiday apartment - is free of charge with us.
This holiday apartment has a uniquely beautiful atmosphere inside, and the surroundings - right outside the door and in the rest of the complex - are always lovely to look at with idyllic greenery, the blue sky above, and a sea of flowers.
All very suitable for truly 'winding down' and just to spend a relaxed holiday. A little gem in what the travel industry calls 'boutique style'.
The elegant studio apartment 'Pinito de Capistrano' has a small sea view with the garden door open and about 2.30 m ceiling height - the norm here is 2.50 m. But that's also the only thing that could be critically noted here. A really pretty apartment for an affordable relaxing holiday...
Even a third person is possible on the sofa bed or in an extra bed in the multifunction room, and a baby with a crib, of course.
You can expect a roughly 15 m² sunny, sheltered terrace in Andalusian patio style, with 2 sun loungers in the large terrace cupboard, table and 2 garden chairs, as well as an awning above the large glass front.
From the beautiful terrace area, you enter a roughly 30 m² large, inviting living-bedroom with a wide sofa, dining table for 2, and a built-in kitchen where you will find everything you need - and probably a bit more. In the roughly 8 m² large rear area (multifunction room), there is the refrigerator and the large, modern wardrobe and also space :-)
The path to the magnificent pool area of the complex is short, only about 90 m. There you will find a lagoon-like pool landscape with rock island, waterfalls, and a sunbathing area with grass. Here you have the option to find a spot with your towel or rent a sun lounger and an umbrella from the resort. Since your holiday home is so close, you can also just go for a swim with a magnificent sea view and then retreat to your own realm for sunbathing.
This is a comment we have heard over and over again from vacationers who have rented 'Paraiso de Capistrano' (Hibiscos 2a+b, Pino, and Pinito) - both apartments together at a discounted rate:
The Pino apartment is great and definitely worth renting - but.... "If we were to travel to Andalusia as a couple, we would definitely take the studio. It has such a great ambiance and a dreamlike atmosphere, inside and out, that despite its smaller size, it's almost nicer than the one above. Why don't you offer the studio separately as well..."

One side of your terrace is a wall with stairs leading up and a garden gate, which is usually locked. Above is another (locked garden gate). So this applies to this level as well as to the holiday apartment Pino de Capistrano located on the terraced next floor - the extension of the terrace railing, as mentioned, is also equipped with a lock.
This means: You yourself cannot enter the stairs and the vacationers from the apartment above cannot either. So a completely normal configuration of apartments on top of each other, as is typical here in the hillside, intricate complex.
The only special feature is the possibility that we can also 'release' the stairs. Because - you can also rent both units together if more space is needed for a large family or 2 couples of friends, etc. - then this terraced overall complex is called 'Paraiso de Capistrano'.
And we offer you both apartments together at a slightly cheaper rate than the individual price for both. Just in case you ever want to have an affordable vacation together with friends or perhaps the grandparents.

This charming and stylish holiday apartment of approximately 38 m² is beautifully situated amidst nature in Nerja. More precisely, it's located in a picturesque garden complex - with sea views and a fantastic pool (close by, yet not audible or visible). The San Juan de Capistrano resort was built right next to the natural park - above the center of Nerja.
The holiday resort, situated on a rocky hill - with breathtaking sea views everywhere - is designed like a neo-Moorish small village - with a lake-like pool area (rock island, small waterfalls, poolside restaurant, large sunbathing areas, separate children's pool) and numerous tropical and Mediterranean gardens that invite you for daily walks. The pool is usually open from the Easter weekend until October 31st. You can often swim in the sea even in November, and Swedes and English people sometimes bathe here all year round. Well, for those who like it fresh...
The picturesque urbanization is striking with its palm-lined avenues, gardens with subtropical and Mediterranean plants, and quaint backdrops. Here you will find the great atmosphere of a white, Andalusian village, which is rare to come by. And all this so close to the center and with good infrastructure.
The beautiful San Juan de Capistrano holiday resort is nestled almost at the top of the small hills, in the upper part of Nerja. The picturesque historic old town and the center of Nerja are about a five-minute drive away, and the beautiful Burriana beach is about three minutes away. There is also a regular bus from the San Juan complex to the beach and the center. From this apartment, it's only a one to two-minute walk to the beautiful pool of San Juan de Capistrano. Even in the high season, there are enough parking spaces available near the holiday property. It's 30 meters to the upper road, located on a green walkway with lots of nature. Bougainvilleas, hibiscus, and a huge rubber tree are among your neighbors :-)
The nearest large supermarket and a tennis court complex with a restaurant, etc., are also only about 2-3 minutes by car from the apartment, and in a pinch, you could even walk there (although with a considerable incline on the way back).
The small supermarket (90m) in the picturesque complex is usually open from Easter to November (with large supermarkets as winter alternatives very close by) and carries all the essentials. - and it's not far to walk to the next medium-sized supermarket outside the complex, nor to the bakery. In winter, there is usually still a restaurant open directly in the complex (in summer, there are 3 to 4 bars/restaurants at the pool and hidden behind or below it)
This complex is never 'dead'; there are even many permanently occupied apartments, which reduces the number of pool users in the summer. Typically, more holidaymakers use the pool, while the resident inhabitants tend to use it less.
