With your booking, you accept the following guest accommodation conditions of the German Tourism Association e.V., which regulate the contractual relationship between you and the accommodation company you have booked. Please read these conditions very carefully: 1) The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the accommodation has been ordered and confirmed or, if a confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints, made available. 2) The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract. 3) The accommodation company is obliged to pay compensation to the guest if the accommodation is not provided. 4) If the guest is unable to use the agreed accommodation, they are obliged to pay the agreed or customary price less the outlay that the landlord saves due to the absence of the guest. These may be set by the accommodation company at a flat rate as follows: For purely overnight stays (apartment) and for overnight stays/breakfast 10%, for half board 20%, for full board 40% of the agreed total price. 5) The accommodation company is obliged in good faith to allocate rooms that have not been used elsewhere if possible in order to avoid any losses. Until the room gets booked again, the guest is obligated, for the duration of the contract, to pay the amount calculated in clause 4. Early departure due to poor weather, sickness or unpredictable events do not release the renter from paying damages. Compensation shall also be payable in the event of the non-use of any accommodation contractually provided by the accommodation company. 6) Travel cancellation insurance: we recommend that our guests take out a travel cancellation insurance policy which can be used in cases in which the booked accommodation is not occupied due to illness etc. and a guest is charged an empty bed fee due to non-fulfilment of the rental contract. The landlord can obtain the relevant forms for you from the spa administration. 7) The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of business.
