You pay 25% of the rental price when booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit of 150 € can be transferred.
For cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be refunded upon successful replacement of the accommodation by us, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Children up to their 3rd birthday are free; up to their 12th birthday - 50%
The rental property must be left swept clean on departure.
