Holiday destination
The holiday home is situated above Niedernsill on Ematberg on the sunny side in a beautiful, quiet, and idyllic hillside location at about 870 m, with views of the surrounding grass mountains of Pinzgau, our beautiful Salzach Valley, and the nearby "Hohe Tauern".
Niedernsill is located 13 km from Zell am See and 9 km from Kaprun, in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, as well as countless attractions of our "pure nature environment", such as the Krimml Waterfalls, the panoramic mountain Schmittenhöhe, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs, the Ferleiten wildlife and adventure park, the Werfen Ice Caves, and the Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun.
Getting there
To reach the holiday home from the roundabout in Niedernsill, follow these directions:
Pass the Spar market on the right towards Steindorf, after 200 meters turn right onto Güterweg Ematberg, then after another 200 meters it's the second house on the left (Ematberg Nr. 5).

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Olga und Hans und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das Wiedersehen. Noch nie haben wir uns in einer Ferienunterkunft so wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und bestens ausgestattet, alles sehr gepflegt, die Matratzen bequem und die verschiedenen Freisitze für jedes Wetter passend: Sonnenterrasse, Grillecke oder 2 überdachte Balkons - jederzeit kann man die beeindruckende Aussicht im Freien genießen. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich schnell wie daheim.

Das Haus mit Garten ist einfach Traumhaft. Uns beiden und unseren beiden Hunden hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Wir danke Hans und Olga für den herzlichen Empfang. Sie sind sehr Aufmerksam und haben uns alle Fragen sofort beantwortet. Kommen gerne wieder.
