Sometimes the view is nice, but in this luxury apartment, the view is truly fantastic. From the living room on the 4th floor and the wide balcony, you have a beautiful view of the promenade, the dunes, the beach, and the sea. This apartment is part of the Strandresidentie, right in the center of Cadzand-Bad. Everything you need is within walking distance. Not just the beach and the sea, but also the supermarket and the bakery. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Layout:
The apartment is luxuriously furnished and has a beautiful dining table and a nice lounge sofa, both with a magnificent view of the sea. The kitchen is very luxurious and fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination steam oven - microwave, and double fridge with freezer compartment. All appliances are nicely integrated into the style of the entire apartment.
The two bedrooms are located on the south side with a view of the boulevard and the shopping center. Both bedrooms are suitable for 2 people and have a double bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests in the second bedroom can use the bathroom with a shower in the hallway. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
In the middle of the apartment, there is a small lounge area that is completely lockable.
There are two private parking spaces for the car in the garage (free of charge). Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.

This very beautiful apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, right on the beach promenade, just 50 meters from the beach and the sea, and opposite the shopping arcade. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year for sun worshippers.
