The house with 113 qm, 2 terraces, garden, WiFi and fireplace was built in 2018 . Up to 6 people will find 3 bedrooms (2 with box spring beds 180x200, one french bed 140x200), 2 bathrooms and a living-dining room (41 qm) generous space for a relaxing stay. A light-flooded living-dining room on the ground floor leads to the terraces (southeast and south) with umbrellas and Weber grill. Equipment and furnishings are suitable for families with children (Cot, stair gate, highchair, various games, Playstation). Wheelchair users reach the rooms on the ground floor and the terraces without thresholds. In a few minutes walk you can reach a small sandy beach with swimming area and the jetty of Ulsnis. There you can bring small boats and other watersport equipment into the water.
Important note: In the upper floor is a small apartment with private access via an outside staircase. It is used temporarily by the owners.

We are sailors ourselves and are happy about water sport-interested guests. Smaller sports equipment (dinghies, dinghies, canoes, SUP, surfboards) can be brought to the beach next to the small marina of Ulsnis. After consultation, you can park the trailer on our property.
For larger boats, we are happy to help find a slip, a crane or a shipyard.
The water sports club Ulsnis does not have places for guest boaters. But we like to ask if someone is on a trip and his place can be used.
Ulsnis is a small village on the fjord Schlei that goes into the Baltic Sea. Our house is located on a quiet side street (dead end), which leads directly to the water. It is only a few minutes walk (240 m) to a small sandy beach and the jetty of Ulsnis. There small boats can be brought into the water. In the area there is a dense network of cycling and hiking trails, in the neighboring village (Goltoft) a canoe rental.
The tourist region Schlei Nature Park is also attractive in terms of cultural offerings: Haitabu open-air museum, Gottorf Castle, village museums, Viking days, music events.
Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist zu empfehlen.
Die nächste Bahnstation ist Süderbrarup oder Schleswig. Von dort fährt stündlich ein Bus oder das Dorf Shuttle ( Sammeltaxi), https://smartes-dorfshuttle.de/
