Chalet Seaside Breskens - top location and only 300m from the beach - first occupancy July 2019
Located in the Schoneveld holiday park, which is directly behind the dyke, you can let your mind wander and relax in our Chalet Seaside. Modern, high-quality and yet comfortably furnished, the house, flooded with light through the many floor-to-ceiling windows, is an oasis of well-being for young and old and offers space for up to 4 adults + baby (Hauck baby travel cot including newborn cot available). The large sliding patio door can be used to expand the living area again or connect it to the outside area, where there is another dining table as well as a lounge corner and a hammock.
Equipped with a spacious and open living-dining area with an electric fireplace, a large and fully equipped L-kitchen unit (including gas stove, oven-microwave combination, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, Senseo machine, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, etc.) , two bedrooms with double beds (one with TV), 1.5 bathrooms, a storage room with washer-dryer, a large terrace, a sunbathing area, a garden shed with bicycles as well as a private parking space directly in front of the fenced property. So there shouldn't be anything left to be desired. Only pets and smoking are not allowed in the chalet.

Please note that during the main season (such as summer holidays) arrival and departure are only possible on Saturdays.

The wide and fine sandy beach of Breskens - for us one of the most beautiful that we know - can be reached in just a few minutes on foot and is not only ideal for sunbathing, but also for building sandcastles, collecting shells, long walks or bike rides on the dike. The numerous beach pavilions along the coast are also worthwhile for enjoying and relaxing.
The park itself is located directly behind the dike and has a small supermarket / bakery, a restaurant with a very nice outdoor lounge area, an indoor pool, a wellness area with sauna and sun bed, a playground with a large jumping hill, as well as a bicycle and Kettcar -Rental.
Good transport connection, largely via motorways and A-roads.
Reachable from Aachen, Düsseldorf or Cologne in just 2.5-3.5 hours.

Delay in payment, withdrawal, cancellation and interruption of stay
If the renter defaults on payment, if the renter withdraws from the contract or if the renter cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a new renter who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following prorated rents (less ancillary costs & visitor's tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the spared expenses, in addition to a processing fee of EUR 50, insofar as it is not possible to rent out the property to another lessee:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental price
In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental price in full. A cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted). The date when the notice is received shall be deemed the effective date.
Bed linen, towels and dish towels can be booked for an additional fee (€ 19.50 p.p.)
