Ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Ötztal. Huben ist klein und ruhig, mit einem Mini-M-Preis schräg gegenüber der Wohnung. Größere Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Von der Wohnung aus gibt es viele Wanderwege, zum Beispiel nach Längenfeld über die Hängebrücke oder über die Teufelskanzel. Oder direkt hinauf zur Feuersteinhütte. Eine Wanderkarte der Umgebung ist in der Tourist-Information Längenfeld erhältlich.

Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung. Wir buchen seit Jahren einen Aufenthalt über Belvilla und haben vollstes Vertrauen. Es ist immer gut und übersichtlich gestaltet und die Fotos und Beschreibung der Unterkunft entsprechen der Realität.
Dieses Jahr haben wir diese Wohnung zu einem attraktiven Preis gebucht, aber es stellte sich heraus; Alles ist sein Geld wert. Da dieser Aufenthalt 2018 mit einem Preis ausgezeichnet wurde, hatten wir hohe Erwartungen.
- Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Und nachdem wir uns über die nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine beschwert hatten, wurde dies sofort behoben.
-Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, das Licht sollte eigentlich tagsüber an sein, sonst ist es zu dunkel.
-Der Geruch in der Wohnung ist nicht frisch, auch im zentralen Flur riecht es nicht angenehm.
- Das Bett/Schlafsofa im Zimmer ist wackelig und steht halb vor der Terrassentür, sodass man vom Zimmer aus nur schwer auf die Terrasse gelangt.
-Es gibt keine Sonne auf der Terrasse und die auf den Fotos gezeigte Gartengarnitur ist nicht vorhanden. Es gibt zwei sehr unbequeme Stühle, die zudem ziemlich wackelig sind.
Die Gegend ist wunderschön, wir haben die Spaziergänge in der wunderschönen Natur genossen. Huben ist ein gemütliches Dorf mit einem Geschäft und einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant. Ein zweites Mal würden wir die Wohnung aber sicher nicht buchen.
