In Julianadorp, within the Keizerskroon Park, a brand new, beautiful luxury holiday home is currently under construction: Keizerskroon 79. This beautifully designed house accommodates 10 people and features a modern yet rustic charm. The spacious living room and open kitchen are fully equipped with all conveniences. The villa is quietly situated in the park and boasts a large, sunny garden of 500m2. Keizerskroon 79 is a lovely detached house located about 700 meters from the dunes.
The holiday home has 4 bedrooms with box-spring beds. In addition, Keizerskroon 79 offers 2 extra single beds, which can be optionally placed in one of the bedrooms. On the ground floor of Keizerskroon 79, you will find: the first bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom with shower, bath, double sink, and toilet. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there are the other 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
The house is expected to be available in February 2020 and will be equipped with Wi-Fi and digital television. Please note: the impressions of Keizerskroon 79 may differ from reality.

In Julianadorp, about one kilometer from the beautiful beach and the vast dunes, you'll find the holiday park Keizerskroon. At the back of the park, there are two fishing ponds where you can enjoy angling, and the kids can also take pleasure in a boat ride. At the entrance of the park, there's a lovely playground and a cozy restaurant with a bar and snack bar, a very good alternative if you don't feel like cooking yourself. The adjoining holiday park Ooghduyne offers many facilities that you can use for a fee, such as an indoor pool, 9-hole golf course, bowling alleys, mini-golf course, canoe rental, indoor playground, and bicycle rental.

A cancellation of travel can be made at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. In the event of cancellation, the vacation seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in case of later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The decisive factor is always the receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal at Callinghe.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacation seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or a part of this period.
