The upper floor offers 90 m2 of living space: a large living room with tiled stove and high ceiling, open kitchen (fully equipped) with dining room, 1 parents' bedroom (double bed), 1 children's bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, small gallery with a 1.40 m wide bed, access to the south balcony
On the ground floor, there is another bedroom (double bed) and 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, direct access to the large garden. Wi-Fi available throughout the house.
This retreat is primarily intended for relaxation and peace.

Our holiday home is located at the eastern end of Ramsau (no through traffic). The south side offers a fantastic view of the Schladming Tauern (Hauser Kaibling, Planai). On the backside, you'll find the Dachstein massif with the Luser walls. A wonderful hiking area starts right behind the front door. A vast ski area, extensive cross-country ski trails, mountain bike routes, and numerous via ferratas await you here!
Von Salzburg kommend:
Bei Salzburg auf die A10 Richtung Villach fahren bis Ausfahrt Eben. Hier 1x links abbiegen und dann am Kreisverkehr Richtung Filzmoos, Ramsau am Dachstein fahren.
In Filzmoos am Kreisverkehr die 1. raus und Richtung Ramsau am Dachstein fahren.
Durch Ramsau Ort durchfahren und nach der Turmöl-Tankstelle links abbiegen Richtung
Rössing oder LODENWALKER.
Nach ca. 2 km den Berg ganz runter und nach der Bushaltestelle links abbiegen und dann der Beschilderung BURGSTALLER, Auszeit-Refugium oder den roten kleinen Verkehrsleitsystem-Nrn. folgen. Die sind nämlich aufsteigend durchnummeriert. Der Bauernhof Burgstaller hat die Nr. 545 und ist nur 100m von uns entfernt.
Von Liezen kommend:
Von der A9 aus nördlicher Richtung kommend, die Autobahn A9 bei Spital am Pyhrn verlassen und über den Pyhrnpaß fahren, dann sparst man sich die zusätzliche Maut.
Von Liezen ca. 40 km Richtung Schladming fahren.
Direkt nach dem SPAR-Markt -> nach der Tankstelle RECHTS Richtung Ramsau/Dachstein und auf der Hauptstraße bleibend durch Weißenbach durchfahren bis zum Lodenwalker (Rössing 122).
