Welcome to our lovingly furnished house for 4 adults/children.
Come visit our cosy holiday home. To make you feel right at home, we have renovated your holiday destination and furnished it with new furniture.
The house has a bedroom with double bed + TV and another bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with rain shower and sunshower, which relaxes, stimulates your blood circulation and can relieve pain, all while you shower. There is a separate toilet, a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker, combination microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and SodaStream). In the open living room, everyone will find a cosy place to relax, listen to music or watch TV.
After sports activities or a lovely walk on the beach, you can enjoy the cosy garden furniture on the terrace, relax with a barbecue or end the day on the sun lounger. Your dogs can also relax wonderfully behind the 1.00 m-high fence. There are bowls for food and water for your dogs on site.
For your children there is a highchair, a children's bathtub and a children's travel cot with mattress available and a trolley in the storage room is waiting for them for joint trips to the beach.
In the storage room, there is a washing machine/dryer combination, iron and ironing board. So the little ones cancan spill ice cream on their T-shirts, - and mum can do the washing. A small freezer has also found a place in the storage room and makes shopping even easier to plan. There is a parking space for your car in front of the house.
The house is a non-smoking house.

Julianadorp aan Zee is a small quiet village. The famous seaside resort with its kilometre-long sandy beach is one of the sunniest places in the Netherlands. The hinterland with its colourful tulip fields offers a wide range of walking and cycling routes. Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam are within easy reach by car (or train).
Your holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful holiday parks in Holland: the Landal Beach Resort "Ooghduyne" in Julianadorp. The beautiful wide sandy beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. If you don't want to walk this distance, you can park your car in the large, free car park directly at the dune entrance to the beach. Den Helder with its marine museum, Alkmaar and the island of Texel are within easy reach.
The park has a number of recreational facilities:
- an adventure pool with a giant slide
- an indoor play centre - great for children even when the weather is bad
- restaurant with sun terrace
- bicycle, trolley and canoe hire
- bowling alley
- golf and mini-golf course
- tennis court
A riding stable with 2 riding halls and stalls for guests own horses is about 500 m away. You can also go for beach rides on hired horses. There are several good restaurants in the village and an ice cream parlour, as well as a large shopping centre, Aldi, Deen, Lidl, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fish shop etc.,
Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, continue towards Alkmaar, then via the N9 towards den Helder (approx. 35km) to Julianadorp. At Resort Ooghduyne, the house numbers are signposted.
Or take the A31 towards Emden, then the A37, A28, A32 towards Leeuwarden, then the A7 to Den Oever, then the N99 to Julianadorp. At Resort Ooghduyne, the house numbers are signposted.

The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the renter cancels the contract, they must pay a lump sum compensation for the expenses incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amount:
Cancelling up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the agreed rental price for the house,
Cancellation up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 80% of the agreed rental price for the house, thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed rental price for the house.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Extra costs per dog (max. 2) €25.00 per stay
Bed linen + towels are a package price, cost per person €15.00, beds are made with sheets
Visitor's tax €1.50 per person per day
Arrival and departure day in high season is Saturday; in the off-season, upon request
