The house I is a two- bedroom maisonette that easily can accommodate 6 persons. You enter in a large open-plan kitchen and living area. Emphasis is given on the naturel color palette. A large sliding glass door leads to your spacious terrace and outside area with private swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Dining table with according chairs is available. The living area has 2 comfortable couches and off course smart TV. The couch can be converted to a cozy sleeping place. Even a guest toilet is on the ground level as well as the washing machine.
Upstairs, there are two sizeable bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom with king size bed is uniquely decorated in delicate tones and has an individual modern en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The front bedroom has his private balcony with sea view and view to the swimming pool. From the second bedroom and the back balcony you can enjoy the wonderful mountain view.
The outside area covers with his 40 square meters a large area. It has an enjoyable terrace with garden furniture, the ideal place to savor those special moments and holiday feelings. The private swimming pool is 30 square meters. Lounge chairs are available.
It is built in second line, just behind the coastal road. The completely stone-built residence consists of 3 houses each with private swimming pool.

Kokkinos Pirgos is a small beach resort in the central south part of Crete. It is situated between Agia Galini and Matala and just one kilometer away from the town of Timbaki. The small port of the village separates the beach into two parts. The west part unfolds till Agia Galini. This part is rough with rocks and pebbles. The east part unfolds till Kommos and is called Kataliki. On the beach road are several cafes, taverns and restaurants. This part of the beach is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds. Close to the rocks you have a safe and smooth enter into the sea. Recommendable for children! The small harbor contributes to the nice holiday atmosphere of the village.
