Cancellation policy
The landlords can charge the following flat-rate cancellation fees through IMM as authorized collection agents in the event of a withdrawal, taking into account saved expenses and the usually possible alternative occupancy of the holiday home. These flat-rate cancellation fees amount to:
a) For a withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price.
b) For a withdrawal from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price.
c) For a withdrawal from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 90% of the total price.

Cancellation due to Corona
In the event that you are unable to start your trip due to an official travel ban for the Elba region, Tuscany, Italy, we offer you a free rebooking. Alternatively, we will refund the travel amount already paid - minus a small processing fee. We are happy to inform you about the deadlines required for this.
In general, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers cancellation due to a required Corona quarantine. We are happy to take out this insurance for you.
