Villa Splendid is preferably only rented to adults - for children from 12 years - or on request.
The house is situated on a 1400 m2 plot. The spacious Lanai is facing south and offers pure sun all day long. Outside you will find a great, large, electrically and solar heated swimming pool with a separate spa/whirlpool and a shallow water zone to cool your feet when sunbathing in the water. The well-equipped summer kitchen with grill, extractor and sink is waiting to prepare the best, juiciest steaks or perhaps even a freshly caught fish from the canal. There are 6 comfortable sun loungers with enough space for everyone to make themselves comfortable.
In the entrance and living area the house captivates by 5m high, ascending ceiling walls, which create an airy and light-flooded ambience. The bright, modern eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the pool area and the canal. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar and watch the jumping fish. Don't forget to bring your favourite espresso capsules from home. A Nespresso coffee machine is at your disposal.
All 3 bedrooms have a king size bed. The master suite has direct access to the pool area and is connected to the en-suite master bathroom. Two further bathrooms with shower/WC are available for guests of Villa Splendid.
This is a non-smoking house. Please smoke only outside.
