Even the driveway to the villa shows the size and charisma of a truly stately Florida villa. As soon as you enter, you have a breathtaking view over the huge living hall down to the water. The finest travertine natural stone floors combined with precious wood complete the luxurious atmosphere.
The pool oasis surrounded by palm trees and a waterfall entices you to dream. The pool's water treatment should be mentioned - the large, lagoon-like pool is operated without chlorine using modern, skin-friendly salt technology. This is a great advantage for people with a chlorine allergy - the water doesn't really feel salty - in fact it is soft and very pleasant.
The spacious living area with comfortable seating lounge, large flat screen with surround system allows the room to be transformed into a concert or cinema room.
The Palazzo offers TVIP with almost all German-language television channels including Sky from Germany, Austria and Switzerland - all programs can be viewed received “live”. up to 20 days before the start of the rental period 50% of the invoice amount
19 to 2 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the invoice amount
1 day before the start of the rental period and on the day of arrival the entire invoice amount is owed
11.5% sales and tourist taxes are included in the prices
The costs for water and waste disposal that occur during the rental period are included
of the rental price. Energy and telephone costs are not included in the rental price
and will be offset against the fee refund.
The energy costs correspond to the local tariff plus tax.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the total amount is payable immediately
