Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
Three well behaved dogs are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 70 Euros per week and dog.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
A 400.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
