The villa is located in a quiet, low-traffic residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral and has approximately 325 m² of usable space, of which 230 m² is air-conditioned living space. The heated pool with separate whirlpool/SPA is of dream dimensions.
The living room is equipped with a spacious leather couch and a 75 inch flat screen TV. This offers TV enjoyment at its finest and a separate soundbar ensures the right sound.
The three meter high glass sliding doors in the living room can be opened completely at the corner and the living room and the terrace seem to become one.
Another room, the studio or office, is equipped with a sofa bed and can accommodate either two children or one adult.
The west orientation guarantees optimal sunlight, impressive sunsets and of course a wonderful holiday tan.
