The villa is located in the north of Sicily in the hills of Capo Calavà 8 km from Gioiosa Marea in a wonderful quiet position. The beach of San Giorgio is only 5 km away. The best way to reach the Aeolian Islands is via the port of Capo d'Orlando.Recommendable destinations are Cefalù and the nature reserve Laghetti di Marinello. The ceramic town of Santo Stefano di Camastra and the volcano Etna as well as the picturesque Taormina should also be included in your travel planning.
We recommend the airport Catania (178 km) or the airport Palermo (193 km). On the motorway A20/E90 take the exit "Brolo-Capo d'Orlando Est". From here follow the road SS113 until Gioiosa Marea and from here take the SP135 and SP132 roads until you arrive at Villa Rosaria.

Cancellation by the tenant
1.1. The tenant has the possibility to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The
withdraw must be in written form.
1.2. In case of a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed:
• In case of withdrawal up to 60 days before start of occupancy 30% of the total price.
• In case of withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price.
• In case of withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price.
1.3. If the booked object is not occupied without declaration of a withdrawal, the tenant remains obligated to pay
the total price.
1.4. A later arrival and / or earlier departure, as well as a smaller number of tenants, will not entitle you to a
refund.
1.5. The tenant has the right to provide a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.
